Recent research from VOC’s Dr. Adrian Zenz, Senior Fellow and Director in China Studies at the Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation, helped to prompt an investigation into German chemicals producer BASF and its connections to Uyghur forced labor in Xinjiang. An article from The Guardian highlights Dr. Zenz’s findings and recent pressure on BASF by politicians around the world.

On February 5th, Ambassador Andrew Bremberg, President of the Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation, gave remarks during a press conference organized by Rep. Chris Smith (R-NJ) on the World Health Organization’s (WHO) mad dash to finalize the text of a so-called “pandemic treaty” for a vote during May’s World Health Assembly.

On December 21, 2023 VOC presented the inaugural “The Flame of Liberty Award” to Dr. Marcin Zarzecki, Chairman, and Michał Góras, Trustee, of the Polish National Foundation for the Foundation’s longstanding support of VOC’s mission.
