VOC is proud to announce the grand opening of the Victims of Communism Museum in Washington, DC. Join us to teach truth, seek justice, and remember the victims.

The Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation hosted the Global Peace Foundation and the North Korea Young Leaders Assembly for a special forum highlighting the voices of North Korean escapees. 

The program featured panel discussions with young defectors, many of whom are Fulbright scholars, sharing their personal journeys and perspectives on freedom and resilience. Distinguished speakers included leaders from the Global Peace Foundation, the Committee for Human Rights in North Korea, and the Center for Asia Pacific Strategy. The event also featured video messages from U.S. policymakers, a recap of NKYLA 2024, and a powerful photo exhibition.
