Associate Director

The Associate Director supports the implementation of projects and related activities under the direction of the Program Director and alongside the Program Manager. The Associate Director is responsible for maximizing program impact through effective communication, grants-writing and networking. This involves the production of digestible summaries and policy briefs of project work outputs, editing research reports prior to publication, writing compelling fundraising narratives and progress reports, strategize report launches, leveraging strategic coalition-building opportunities, manage relations with key partners and media, support events strategy, planning and execution, and support grants management.

Supporting Victims of the Chinese Communist Party’s Repression in Xinjiang

The Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation (VOC) invites applications for funding independent advocacy initiatives that relate to supporting victims of CCP’s repression in Xinjiang, with a preference for ending forced labor and human rights related topics. Through witness testimony videos, advocacy campaigns, artistic work, education, and/ or other awareness-raising initiatives, proposed projects will aim to promote the stories and daily realities of those negatively impacted by CCP’s repression in Xinjiang.
