Vietnamese Weigh in on Global Migration Crisis

The Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation co-sponsored “War and Refuge: Reflections on the Vietnamese Refugee Experience and Its Applicability to the Global Migration Crisis” on August 3 to help Americans learn from the Vietnamese who fled communism in the 1970s.

Over 150 people attended the panel, film screening, and art exhibit, organized in partnership with the Vietnamese American Heritage Foundation, the Vietnamese American Arts & Letters Association, and the Vietnam Culture Center of Washington, D.C.
