Qian Wang, Ph.D.

Qian Wang currently works as a Senior Mechanical Engineer for Ingersoll-Rand in Davidson, NC. Qian left China in 1985 when she won a scholarship through nationwide graduate school entrance test to study for her Ph.D. in mechanical engineering in Milan, Italy. She has also earned an M.B.A. from Indiana University. She is an active member of local community, served on the PTA, on the Cornelius Town Planning Board, and on the Lake Norman Regional Red Cross Board, as well as serving as a Chinese School Volunteer Principal.
