Ilona Teleki is Chief Financial Officer at the Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation, where she provides oversight of the Foundation’s financial operations and regulatory compliance. Previously, she served as both CFO and Chief Operating Officer of the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA). Prior to CEPA, she spent 13 years at the Center for Strategic and International Studies where she worked on Central and East European affairs. Ms. Teleki holds an M.A. from the School of Slavonic and East European Studies, University College London and a second M.A. in communication and conflict resolution from George Mason University (GMU). She completed her undergraduate degree at both GMU and the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, Hungary.
