The Reverend Canon Charles H. Nalls, CH (COL) (Ret.)
The Reverend Canon Charles H. Nalls, CH (COL) (Ret.) is Rector of Church of the Epiphany, OAC in Amherst, VA. Executive Executive Director of the Canon Law Institute, and a Colonel in the Maryland Defense Force. A native of the District of Columbia, Father Nalls holds a Master’s of Theology as well as the Bachelor’s in Sacred Theology. He is also a trained canon lawyer. Before his ordination as a priest, Father Nalls was Assistant General Counsel for the U.S. International Trade Commission, a technical adviser to the U.S. Trade Representative, and served for 20 years as an intelligence officer.
