Ashlee Davis

Director of Development

Ashlee Davis is the Director of Development at the Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation. Previously, she served as VOC’s Director of Public Affairs, leading the Foundation’s communications department, local commissions, speakers bureau, and public events. Prior, she was Administrative Manager and was responsible for the event coordination and execution for 50+ of the Foundation’s external events in a two-year span, including the annual Triumph of Liberty Conference and Gala Dinner. From 2016 to 2018, she served as College Programs Manager, helping launch the Foundation’s college programs, which reached students in all 50 states and D.C. through on-campus events and resource distribution in year one of the program. Before joining the Foundation, Ashlee was an Educational Leadership Consultant for Kappa Alpha Theta International Women’s Fraternity where she aided on-site in the continual development and advancement of a recent chapter startup at the University of Louisville for 100+ collegiate women and traveled to university campuses in the U.S. and Canada strengthening internal college chapter operations by training student officers and advisors, motivating collegiate women, and working with university administration. She volunteered as the Recruitment and Panhellenic District Director for all Theta collegiate chapters in Pennsylvania from 2017-2022. Currently, she serves as President of the Wofford College Alumni Chapter of Columbia, SC and she volunteers at her church. Ashlee earned a B.A. in Spanish and English from Wofford College. She has studied in Argentina, Chile, and Italy and she is fluent in Spanish.
