Film Screening: “Mujeres que Sueñan un País”

On June 21, the Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation hosted a screening of the documentary “Mujeres que Sueñan un País” by Fernando Fraguela Fosado. This documentary, censored in Cuba, collects the testimony of three Cuban dissidents that were persecuted and forced to live in exile. The story of t

hese three women is part of the San Isidro Movement, the most recent protest movement in the past 5 years. 

Following the screening of the documentary there was expert analysis and time for questions from the audience.
