The Hon. Jack Kemp
The Honorable Jack Kemp (1935-2009) was a former football star-turned-congressman who was awarded the Truman-Reagan Freedom Medal posthumously in 2009. Kemp is known for convincing President Reagan to adopt supply-side economics as a center piece of Reagan’s campaign.
