John Paul II: An Inspiration for the World

The Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation partnered with the Fundacja Polska Wielki Projekt on the “John Paul II. An Inspiration for the World” conference in Krakow, Poland.

Chairman of the Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation and Founding Director of the Victims of Communism Museum, Dr. Elizabeth Edwards Spalding, delivered remarks.
VOC Trustee, Ambassador Paula J. Dobriansky, spoke on a panel entitled “What Was the Revolution of Solidarity and How to Continue It?”
VOC Senior Research Fellow in Polish Studies, Monika Jablonska, moderated a panel entitled “Legacy of John Paul II.”
Truman-Reagan Medal of Freedom recipient Myroslav Marynovych also spoke at the conference.
