The Hon. Dennis DeConcini
The Honorable Dennis DeConcini is a member of the National Advisory Council of the Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation. DeConcini received his B.A. in 1959 and his LL.B. in 1963, both from the University of Arizona. He also represented Arizona in the United States Senate from 1977 to 1995, where he served on the Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe (Helsinski Commission).
