El diálogo será moderado por Janisset Rivero de The LIBRE Institute y contará con jóvenes dentro de Cuba, además de Anamely Ramos artista y activista en Cuba del Movimiento San Isidro y Carlos Ponce, Director del Programa Latinoamericano de la Fundación Memorial a las Víctimas del Comunismo.

On September 9 at 8:00 pm EDT, the Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation (VOC), The Libre Institute, Cuba Freedom March, and Center for a free Cuba co-hosted an online event about the importance of freedom in society, and the toll of the communist regime on the lives of a nation, the lack of civil rights, economic opportunities and basic freedoms in a society where the government holds all of the political, economic and social power.
The conversation included activists inside of Cuba who bravely participated in the July 11th protests. The dialogue was moderated by The LIBRE Institute’s Janisset Rivero and feature international voices from inside and outside of the island including Carlos Ponce, VOC Director of Latin American Programs and Anamely Ramos from Movimiento San Isidro and Center for a Free Cuba.
