The Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation (VOC) is devoted to commemorating the more than 100 million victims of communism around the world, pursuing the freedom of those still living under totalitarian regimes, and educating future generations about the ideology, history, and legacy of communism.
In support of our mission to “educate this generation and future generations about the ideology, history, and legacy of communism,” VOC is establishing local commissions. These commissions are designed in collaboration with local residents and community leaders who are committed to telling the truth about communism and to preserving the memory of its victims. We partner with community leaders to raise awareness about communism through public events, media campaigns, and professional development.
