On January 10, 2024, the Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation hosted the Reagan-Fascell Fellows from the National Endowment for Democracy. The fellows toured the museum and heard a lecture from Director of Academic Programs, Bob Williams, as well as VOC staff members who experienced communist regimes.
